Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued for the following reasons:
- Program is cancelled by TDSA.
- Withdrawal from program
- 2 weeks before the start of the outdoor season.
- Medical reasons (must provide doctors note).
- Movement out of TDSA.
Non-Refundable administration fee:
- Expenses incurred on behalf of the player including uniform cost are non-refundable.
- $25 administration fee is non-refundable.
- Refunds are pro-rated (minus administration fee).
No refunds will be issued for the following reasons:
- A parent or player disagrees with the player's team or placement. All such decisions are final.
