Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued for the following reasons:

• Program is cancelled by TDSA.
• Withdrawal from program
  • 2 weeks before the start of the outdoor season.
• Medical reasons (must provide doctors note).
• Movement out of TDSA.

Non-Refundable administration fee:

• Expenses incurred on behalf of the player including uniform cost are non-refundable.
• $25 administration fee is non-refundable.
• Refunds are pro-rated (minus administration fee).

No refunds will be issued for the following reasons:

• A parent or player disagrees with the player's team or placement. All such decisions are final.
